I would think that as the JIRA Lead for OpenAZ as well as being a
committer, I should be able somewhere to assign myself to an issue. I just
don¹t see anywhere on the website where I can do that.

There are 3 issues total, 2 are assigned to Colm while 1 is un-assigned.

There is also the task of ³Add Vote² available, should we be voting on
these JIRA issues?
