Yes, Morris Tai is not a PMC member; I mistakenly included him. I will 
pay closer attention to the PMC status in the next vote.

Suyan (Han Xu) is one of our PMC members. I will update our voting results 
template 
to instruct our release managers to always use the public names for PMC 
members instead of nicknames, which may not be familiar outside of the 
community.
