"One Layer, All Storage"

Thank you for bringing this up. When I mention "reliable," I mean that users
can trust and depend on OpenDAL without encountering unexpected behavior.

The raw S3 API is unreliable as it may return invalid or partial XML content
and errors within a 200 status code. I want to state that OpenDAL hides all
these issues and offers a more reliable experience to users.

Perhaps the issue is with the compose of `Reliable` and `Behavior`. Any ideas
on how to describe opendal as reliable, dependable, and trustworthy?
