According to current `DO NOT`s, I interpret that non-goals can include:
- support advantage APIs for specific backends that may be hard to use
- GCS [XML API](https://cloud.google.com/storage/docs/xml-api/overview)
- multipart presign https://github.com/apache/opendal/issues/4627
- filesystem API(? like fsspec?)
- structured data access (SQL database), which is also the motivation behind
