I updated it to 3.1.2 for now. We can definitely go with something else if we want. Though, hopefully we finally start the more incremental release approach and release sooner than later, so maybe 3.1.2 is fine.

Well when OEJB 3.1.1 is released a tag is created for that release you
can find it here
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/openejb/tags/openejb-3.1.1/ . But in
the trunk we keep the latest code committed.
