There are some easy ones in there if you want to get your feet wet.

Implementing @AccessTimeout for stateless beans is probably a great one. The coding part is easy, but a little longer is learning that part of OpenEJB. Can give you some pointers in a new thread if you're interested.

Implementing the same fore Stateful will be a bit more work (touches more code) and would be a great task to follow up with.
