Il was the case also for activemq-4

Another suggestion would be to better use ou sandbox area to store
unterminated modules like: jetty, spring, junit or so

Last would be to move deps sub module outside openejb3 to give them a
different life cycle (ie. deliver deps without openejb).

would be great to do that and to push a new snapshot. It would be also nice
to push a milestone may be.
