We have as long as we want.  Getting the JAX-WS support to pass the TCK is a 
great thing to do all in itself.  In fact getting all of TomEE+ to pass the TCK 
is great.

The JAX-WS certification will take a few months.

The JAX-RS code already passes the TCK so we could offer it in Web Profile now 
if we chose to do that and did it without bringing in the JAX-WS code.
