## Summary - Keep `EntityManagerFactory.getProperties()` scoped to factory-level runtime values instead of merging user-readable `EntityManager` values into the factory map. - Document that entity-manager settings are available from `EntityManager.getProperties()` and that runtime values are not guaranteed configuration inputs. - Correct the enum-value test to exercise the entity manager and add a regression check that factory properties exclude entity-manager aliases/runtime enums. Fixes OPENJPA-3006. ## Validation - `TestPropertiesMethods` and `TestSchemaGenDrop`: 18 tests passed on the task-local embedded Derby fixture. - `-Dcheckstyle.skip=true` was used because this Windows checkout presents pre-existing LF files as CRLF to Checkstyle; a run without the skip reported line-ending errors in untouched files across `openjpa-lib` before reaching tests. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
