https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENJPA-3038 - Emit `CONSTRAINT <name> FOREIGN KEY/UNIQUE` on MySQL and MariaDB. Note: FK constraint names must now be unique per database; `ConstraintNameMode=mid` restores the old form. - The TCK scripts create upper case tables (`PERSON`) while entities map to `Person`; run the TCK's MySQL with `lower_case_table_names=1`.
