OK, so how about something like

uses the Apache V2 licence.

I'm not a Java bod. myself but this looks promising, except that it does
not upload files apparently - I have tried a local copy.

I really need something like this for my
Kriegsspiel<https://github.com/RichardProsser/kriegsspiel>project!
