What would you consider a "big" difference? I don't see any substantial
(more than maybe a second or two?) drift happening.

That said, I changed the trunk project in Bamboo to run mvn with -e so we
can get some additional logging. Of course as fate would have it, things ran
fine when I tried to re-run it with more logging. We will watch for the next
failure and investigate further.
