Suranga, I actually dropped the priority of that issue from Must to Should. :-)
My idea is to do some simple quick-fix reorganization in TRUNK-2328, and to do a full-scale re-working in the ticket Vlad is designing. I'm definitely interested in seeing both of these happen. You'll see that Burke and I are comment-happy on admin-page-reorg tickets. Last week Vlad asked on IRC for some help getting the dev environment set up.
