I think that is a very old page. What we have been working towards
more recently is using SDMX-HD as a standard interchange format. The
Jembi people (Ryan Crichton in particular) created an SDMX-HD module
for openmrs which exports cohort indicators in this format, which can
be consumed by DHIS. A problem which has been discussed in the past
few months is that many of the facility level service indicators
required in a typical facility report which would be fed into dhis2
are not cohort indicators, though much of this data can be extracted
from a "typical" openmrs database using more customised SQL queries.

There was talk of working some more on a more generic SQL Indicator as
part of the reporting framework in the run up to the Kigali workshop.
Unfortunately I was not there and haven't heard any recent reports of
where that work currently stands.

I am at the same time working on the import side of DHIS to make the
configuration for SDMX-HD import less fiddly .. this should be
complete before the end of November.

Like you, I haven't seen anyone working on the reverse scenario. I
suppose you would start by setting up an indicator report in DHIS. We
don't currently export that in an xml format (such as SDMX) but we
could (in fact should) put that on our roadmap. I think currently you
can export it as an xls file which is less than ideal but might work
for you.

Bob
