For the Reporting Module and OpenMRS Core, those tickets have not yet been triaged by any the respective project owners (Darius, Justin, Mark, Mike; and for TRUNK, Dave, Mark, Maros, Burke, Ben, Darius, Daniel, Jeremy, Mike, Win, Paul, Rafal, Saptarshi, and Wyclif). Once the issue is triaged and marked ready for work it's possible to claim and do a code review. If you'd like to do triage on either of those projects, you can contact the project's owners. The DataExport module isn't currently managed by our tools, so you'll need to contact someone who works on that module. The only commits against it that I see are from Balaji G. at ThoughtWorks, and I've made sure to copy him on this response. What Wiki page were you looking at? We may need to make some edits to it for clarity.
