When using the <obs /> tag, we see spaces showing up between answers (i.e.
"<input ... />text of answer "). I assume this is for aesthetic purposes,
but can we override the separator somewhere? I don't see a way to do it in
the reference
page<https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/docs/HTML+Form+Entry+Module+HTML+Reference#HTMLFormEntryModuleHTMLReference-%3Cobs%3E>.

Reason: we want to append "<br />" to the end of our answers so they can be
lined up vertically instead of spread out in one line, and since the labels
for the tags are not wrapped in <label/> tags or contained in some other
fashion, we are having trouble using CSS to do it.
