Hi Daniel,
I went through the sprint tickets, and removed a few, and changed the
priorities of others.
Currently we have 38 sprint tickets, of which:
- 10 Ready for Work
- 2 x Should
- 6 x Could
- 2 x Non-Essential
- 8 In Progress
- 1 x Blocker
- 1 x Must
- 2 x Should
- 3 x Could
- 1 x Non-Essential
- 18 Needs Review
This should be doable during the sprint, but we're going to need to keep
people focused on priorities.
The guideline I used was that any bug pre-dating 1.9 is at most a "Could"
for this sprint. Our top priorities are hardening the new functionality
introduced in 1.9, and getting rid of any bugs introduced in 1.9.
But I just took lots of bugs that really need to get fixed, and made them
only "Could". We really need to do a bugfixing sprint or two soon.
