FYI, I'm looking at a non-HTML Form Entry ticket (
https://tickets.openmrs.org/browse/RELTEST-3) and I'm seeing the GitHub
tab, but not the Reviews tab.

Is that misconfiguration? (Or is it just that GitHub will appear
everywhere, and the JIRA-Crucible link happens to be down?)
