I was able to configure it using Maven and version-specific data files:

Subject: Re: [OPENMRS-DEV] Problem with Unit Testing modules against Openmrs
1.7.0 and above...

Mark,

All I can say is that we've had to branch for 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8-compliant
versions of modules. Daniel Kayiwa has found a way to keep from having to do
this, but it's becoming increasingly difficult as we deprecate methods and
change db structure. I think branching is a fine way of handling older code.

It looks like in OpenMRS 1.7.0 a locale_preferred field was added to
concept_name, and this property is NOT NULL. This breaks any existing module
test datasets that have concept names defined. One can simply add the
locale_preferred property to all concept names in the test data set... but then
the tests won't run against versions of OpenMRS previous to 1.7.0.

Anybody have any ideas of a workaround for this, short of maintaining two test
data xml files?

Mark
