If we don't have a tutorial and are unable to have at least one git expert
on the call, then I would suggest rescheduling until either/both of those
are available.  If we can "git" an expert or two on the call, then we can
step through the wiki page and address each task.  Ideally, we'd eventually
have command line & IDE tips for each.
