+ one million for earlier scheduled calls. Scheduling the call earlier also helps because of the following reason - Many of us (myself included) have problems with internet connectivity. Network is always slow, and its practically impossible to make Skype calls from home.
If the calls were scheduled earlier, at least we'll be able to find a good internet cafe with tolerable connection speeds. This might sound funny, but I've been 'ejected' from several calls because the cafe owner wanted to close shop for the day :-) However, that said, I realize that this means everyone else needs to wake up even earlier. The only 100% foolproof solution is that everyone stays awake all the time :-) On Thu, May 17, 2012 at 11:20 AM, Saptarshi Purkayastha <sun...@gmail.com>wrote: > Thanks Roger for being considerate to us... > I like the idea that it can be done on Thursday before the Developer call > or earlier on Wednesdays > > --- > Regards, > Saptarshi PURKAYASTHA > > My Tech Blog: http://sunnytalkstech.blogspot.com > You Live by CHOICE, Not by CHANCE > > > > On 17 May 2012 00:56, Friedman, Roger (CDC/CGH/DGHA) (CTR) > <r...@cdc.gov>wrote: > >> It occurs to me that our design meeting time is 11:30 pm - 1:30 am in >> India where many of our active participants are located.
