Hi All, I'm Dammina, a final year Undergraduate of Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Moratuwa. I went through the JIRA tickets under GSoC label and found the ticket "Supervised WSD Techniques" interesting. I have done a final year project under the topic of Dialogue Act Recognition for Text Based Sinhala(Language). So I have good experience with NLP and machine learning tools like WEKA. I have also implemented a simple WSD tool for Sinhala language using Lesk algorithm. I have got an generic idea what needs to be done for the project but it would be really great if you can provide me with a better insight of this project. And please let me know whether there is a mentor assigned for this project.
