You are looking at stats for all files.  This includes language packs
as well as full 3.4 downloads.   For the stats on the website I count
only downloads of full 3.4 installs.  That is a truer indication of
the number of users, I think, because a lang pack download is a user
who has already downloaded the full installer.  So if we count lang
packs we're counting users twice.
