The SDK is probably targetted towards a release version of OpenOffice being 
already installed.  I suspect (no certain knowledge) that you would need to 
recompile the SDK to suit the development version of AOO you are 
using/compiling.  I doubt that simply downloading the missing deb file will 
satisfy the SDK's dependencies.
