it is covered. On each page there is a "About Apache OpenOffice Wiki"
page and that page has a link to this page which states that all
contributions are ALv2:

http://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/OpenOffice.org_Wiki:Copyrights

Obviously we take additional care with ensuring the license on source
code contributions, since we include source code in the product that
we redistribute. We don't redistribute wiki content beyond hosting it
on the wiki.

We have the ability to have a committer-only wiki, where all
contributions are covered by the iCLA as well, under ALv2. We
actually created a wiki like that, but no one used it. So we have
the open wiki(s) now (MWiki and CWiki) but we eliminated the menu of
license choices for new contributions.
