The extension seems to be OK, at least I could install it, it appears listed in Tools - XML Filter Settings.... The problem seems to be with the transformation itself, did you try it from that dialog? - Select your filter from the "XML Filter Settings" - Press the "Test XSLTs..." button. - Check "Display source" - Press the "Browse..." button and browse to your test file, 1691624.xml - this will open the "XML Filter output", press the "Validate" button.
