This snapshot should provide a SDK as well that should work with the reworked (3layer) directory structure of the office. @Ariel, please use the configure switch --without-stlport to trigger the stlport related change from Herbert.
Regarding the Windows build environment: MSVC2008 is/was a requirement. Please be aware that for building with --without-stlport its Service Pack 1 (or newer) is needed, whereas an unpatched MSVC2008 used to suffice. As the service pack was already released over five years ago (MSVC2008SP1 was released in May 2008) I hope this actualization requirement is nothing too unreasonable to ask for. MSVC2008's SP1 was already documented as requirement in [1].
