This makes sense only if we wish to structure this area with the classic "trunk/branches/tags" schema. Since I don't expect we will store code or test versions under "branding/", I think we can start with no structure. If really needed (but I don't see any possible reasons now, since that area is meant to be used to archive approved materials) we can add the trunk/branches/tags structure later.
