Not something you can just draw, but rather change the structure of the different systems (mediawiki, phpBB, plain HTML and Drupal). And reskin them with the same look and feel, something that we need to agree upon. Now a new design is being done by the Extension/Template web team and the trend is to adopt it from the even older 'twirl design' that was done back in 2008.
