Not really on the roadmap, productivity software doesnt include Information management software. That said there are plenty of efforts to have good workflow with Mozilla Information suite like Lightning. http://www.mozilla.org/projects/calendar/lightning/
There are commercial groupware suites that integrate with OpenOffice like Zimbra.
