I gave you an example for an option page and without more information it is not possible to say what's going wrong. Check the config files if you use the correct extension identifier. Have you debugged your code already? If the entry points are correct you should at least be able to debug your constructor. Maybe some initialization gos wrong but this can checked by debugging. I am busy with the next snapshot and have limited time to dive in your code.
