In general: the ultimate decision is responsibility of Apache Trademarks indeed, but Apache Trademarks asks that the PMCs check before involving them. So the best thing to do in these cases is to e-mail [email protected] with all details and a screenshot (attachments allowed) and put [email protected] in CC; both channels are not public, since trademark discussions are one of the few issues that we need to keep confidential.
