Hi, My user is in the group named "administrator". It likely explains why I don't have a "run as admin" command in the context menu.
The command you suggest works. But after a reboot, nothing changes. OOO stays inaccessible for NVDA. I don't understand, all the more since it has been worked a few months ago.
