Thanks for the update. I gave it a try and it seems to work correctly with 4.1.0.
My goal is to release a new extension in the beginning of June.
That would be perfect, so in this first month of availability of OpenOffice 4.1 users are not immediately prompted with the extension update (which might be confusing to some).
