request review of my comment of issue 108727

Hi dev,
I've been doing analysis on 
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=108727 and was looking at code to 
find the flow as well. However, by running Calc, one can see this is not a bug. 
I've left a comment in bugzilla. Can anyone review it and tell me your 
suggestions, please?
