Correct. http://apacheconeu2014.sched.org/overview/type/openoffice has the full schedule. One can also come later than Monday, but the conference fee remains the same (please note: committers are entitled to a very significant discount on the conference fee).
The actual conference (with presentations) runs Monday to Wednesday. Thursday and Friday are reserved for community activities.
