I wonder if we could setup a special tag for these either in Severity or ??? that could be used when closing so we could find them easier later.
I suggest to have an Issue Type "Not an Issue" or simply "---" for closing such issues.
I also suggest that only peoples with Can-Confirm-Right can reopen an issue or reset to Unconfirmed.
