What kind of account were you trying to create? We really need to know exactly what you were trying to do to be able to offer help. If you were trying to create and account on our Media Wiki (Mwiki) then I understand why you were blocked. Self registration was stopped on that a while back as a spam prevention measure. If you want to open an account there please send your e-mail address and your preferred user name to the list and my self our one of the other Mwiki admins can open your account. If it was another type of account then reply back to the list as to exactly what account you were trying to create and any error message(s) that you received and we will look into it.
