I’m not sure what this discussion is about. It seems to concern the layout of a wide screen. You may try using what I have done in http://howard-cary-morris.host-ed.me/html_doc2.html It is set up to switch to two columns for a wide screen. The first pages on the left, the last pages on the right (not sure I like that, this is an early cut).
You can look at all the code and copy it if you wish. Howard
