Short update: upload is now ongoing, so we will be able to have RC3 ready for download in a few hours (Friday morning European time). We should really try to vote quickly, so be ready for testing/checking on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, plus Monday morning European time. If everything goes well, we are on schedule for a release next week.
