The latest version of nss is now up to 3.24. I've updated the patch here <https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=126891> to update the bundled nss to that version. I also fixed a build problem on Windows.
Because the download URL is https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/security/nss/releases/... and because the buildbots choke on https URLs, the new tarball will need to be uploaded to http://sourceforge.net/projects/oooextras.mirror/files/ so the buildbots don't get totally broken. If you want to test this, you'll need to use the --enable-category-b configure flag to enable building nss.
