The Apache OpenOffice project is currently preparing and testing a release
candidate, 4.1.3-rc1. The total size of the artifacts, including the binary
files, exceeds a gigabyte, so the release policy calls for notifying
Infrastructure.
I do not expect significant Infrastructure impact because AOO is normally
downloaded from SourceForge, not ASF or its mirrors.
