Hye There, My son is having problems with your application on his Mac. His computer crashed while he was writing a document and when the computer turned on again it opened the Document Recovery page, when he pressed the start recovery the first document did not recover and and then the application suddenly crashed. Then when re opening the application, and then pressing the ’start recovery’ the application crashed again and hasn’t recovered the documents since and won’t even open older documents. Is their anyway you could help in making the Recovery actually work or is it not possible.
