As Marcus explained, this is another site. We can't edit BugZilla pages through the CMS. I can't edit BugZilla pages either. But this is not a matter of permissions: the CMS can't work on those pages (the CMS will work for the www.openoffice.org site and for the openoffice.apache.org site, nothing else). For other pages one must ask Infra (through JIRA).
