Can you please have a look, why Release Blocker 4.1.6 still isn't available?
I created the flag already...
when creating / editing a release blocker flag the following 2 options
have to be checked:
[X] active (flags of this type appear in the UI and can be set)
[X] requestable (users can ask for flags of this type to be set)
After doing so the flag is visible and can be used.
