My sincere apologies for delayed reply and even more sincere thanks to you
all for a warm welcome.

I am not sure it's good news: same glitch occurs in AOO Impress.

I would be glad if someone confirms my findings. That would allow me to
rule out a possibility that glitch can be attributed to my computer(s) or...
to myself (sort of "Pauli effect" -
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pauli_effect).
