I can see absolutely no problem with AOO detecting Java: https://home.apache.org/~mseidel/Windows10_AOO_JAVA.png Oracle Java 7 and 8, alongside with AdoptOpenJDK 8 an 11. And yes, this is Windows 10 21H1.
