For AOO41X we are somehow stuck with Cygwin32. So it will allow us to
build but it will not get updates anymore.

Basically this isn't a problem since beginning with AOO42X we build our
x86 binaries with Cygwin64.

But we should *really* try to get AOO 4.2.0 out. Not only for this
reason. ;-)
