is just the tip of the update, one has to look at the other modules where ICU is used, update the code and test it, which is usely done best by people with an eastern background. It is a lot of work and the chinese IBM team never got to finish it, but a lot of the hard work is done already within the Symphony trunk already :). Cheers, Pedro.
