Good points. I would not add Windows 64 to the 4.2 release, but we could
define a 4.3 release version for win64.
It could be also a good idea to bump all the none blockers to the 4.3,
and only solve the blocker issues now. Maybe we can then Release 4.2 in
Q1, and target 4.3 for the end of the year.
I like this idea as it could allow for a release of 4.2 sooner as it is
long overdue.
